Bones star Emily Deschanel’s sister Zooey Deschanel stars in a new movie entitled 500 Days of Summer. So the lucky photographers were able to take photos of the two of them together at on the red carpet at the movie’s premiere on Wednesday. The event was held at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood.

Every time I see photos of these two beautiful women together, I’m just blown away by how much they look alike. I love the dresses they are both wearing in these photos too.

Here are some really fun video clips of bones star Emily Deschanel at last week’s Monte Carlo TV Festival answering the audience’s questions. The audience included many international press people too so it’s an interesting mix of questions.

In this first clip, Emily answers some questions about the “naked in bed” situation from the season 4 finale. It’s cute that she tells them that the scene can either make some people happy or really make them angry.

She goes on to tell a bit about the baby story line from season 4, socializing outside of work with the other stars, how she got involved with animal rights and about how well she and David work together.

This clip is fun, because Emily talks a bit more about her personal life. She says that she didn’t originally want to be an actress. She was planning to be an architect instead. There’s also some discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of growing up in a show business family. She even discusses what she’s jealous of her sister Zooey about.

There are a few very mildly spoileristic comments about season 5. For example, it’s very likely that Stephen Fry will return and that Cyndi Lauper will be a guest star early in the season. Zooey is a possible guest star too, if they can ever find a time for her to be on the show between her many other projects.

Recently, I let you know about the new movie Gigantic, starring Zooey Deschanel. I just got word that she will be attending the premiere event for the movie’s opening night in LA, doing a Q&A with the director after the 7:30 PM screening. The event will take place at the Nuart Theatre in Los Angeles on Friday, April 17.

If any of ou are fans of the Late, Late show With Craig Ferguson as I am, you know that he is a guy who is all over the place when he talks. He can make conversation with a wall, if he wants to. The man is crazy in a totally fabulous way. Well, I think he has met his match.

The other night, Emily Deschanel’s little sister Zooey Deschanel was on his show and she not only was adorable, but she played right along with his silliness in such a way that it was hilarious!!! They started to play on each other’s comments in a very funny way and I loved it! I hope you do too.

And be sure to stay with it, because she talks a bit about Emily and Bones. He asked her if she had ever been on the show and she said that she would love to. I think it’s a great idea!!! (Are you listening, Hart Hanson?)

It’s such a treat to see them dressed up and looking so lovely together! It’s plain to see that they each have their own unique style and their dresses reflect them. What a fabulous pair of ladies!!

First of all, Bones fans, I know I’m posting a lot in the past few days about Emily Deschanel’s sister Zooey Deschanel, but I know that a lot of Emily fans are also Zooey fans. I hope you’ll bear with me. Zooey has been a very busy lady lately!! I just got some info about Zooey’s latest new movie that will hit the theaters starting in April. The movie is called Gigantic and I don’t know why. Zooey certainaly is NOT gigantic, so there must be a story behind the name…

Here’s the official description of the movie:

There’s also a cute trailer for the film. It looks like John Goodman plays Zooey’s character’s father and he seems a bit “odd” in a funny sort of way. And Ed Asner plays a quirky guy too. I think I’m going to like this movie. Here’s the clip, you’ll see what I mean:

Emily Deschanel’s younger sister Zooey Deschanel was one of the people to speak at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night. She looked lovely in the lavender dress she wore and there is even a photo of her with her new fiancee, musician Ben Gibbard on the red carpet. He cleans up real nice!

Thank goodness I go through my spam mail folder now and then because that’s how I found an email about this from Searching Bones reader Laura!! Thanks Laura!!

It seems that Emily Deschanel’s little sister Zooey Deschanel is engaged to be married. Her fiancee, Ben Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie is said to be ecstatic about it and I’m sure Zooey is too.

I wish them both the best and will update you as details are released.

Zooey Deschanel looked lovely at the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie Yes Man. I like the fact that she was wearing white and her sister Emily Deschanel was wearing black. And I haven’t been able to find any photos of them together there.
