Observant Wendy over at Obssessed With Bones posted this little tidbit of info about Emily Deschanel being injured slightly.

The creator and executive producer for Bones, Hart Hanson, tweeted the other day about Emily:

Emily broke her toe stepping out of the bathtub. I will tease her about new article saying vegans have weaker bones.

This makes me think of several things:

1. Poor Emily! It sounds painful!
2. She must take teasing well.
3. Hart Hanson must be a real jokester.
4. It’s great that the folks that work on Bones get along so well. It really shows in the quality of the show.

Then, earlier today, Hart tweeted this:

David & Emily chomping at the bit for each script revision. These two want to get back to work so badly. What’s wrong with a vacation, guys?

Woo-hoo! Great news for us, Bones fans!

Here’s a fun clip that someone made when they were preparing for a poker tournament where they were at the same table with Eric. It wasn’t an official interview, but the guy asks Eric a ton of questions. Among other things, Eric tells the guy that he has an audition in New York and whatever it is, I hope he gets the part. He’s such a good actor and a great guy. I wish him all the best of everything.

That makes her either a very good psychic…or a suspect. Cool!!

It’s that time of year again, Bones fans! It’s spoiler time again!! The titles of the Bones season 5 episodes are starting to emerge for us. Here are the titles of the first four episodes, so far.

You know how FOX is, though. Sometimes they move the episodes around so it’s not always the way the are originally planned by the time they air. But at least we are starting to get info about the new season!!

I have to confess to not understanding what is considered sexy about a vampire. The actors playing the vampires, I totally get that. But not just for the sake of being a vampire…hey, it’s just me. I know I’m odd.

Anyway, as sexy vampires go, David Boreanaz in the role of Angel was voted among the top 10 in a poll on Star Central Magazine. He ranked above Antonio Banderas and Tom Cruise. Woo-hoo! Here’s the entire list:

This time of the year, the news for Bones fans is more scarce than during the actual season. So a lot of sites start running their own polls for their readers to chose their favorites in many different categories.

The fun thing in this Buddy TV poll is that two characters played by David Boreanaz ranked in the top 15 out of 50 TV fathers for the fans’ favorite. I added a photo of David Boreanaz with his real life son Jaden.

I think it’s funny that this list includes one drag queen (Chandler Bing’s father on Friends) a couple of animated fathers, and even a couple of real-life fathers including Snoop Dogg, Hulk Hogan & Ozzy Osbourne. What a list!

John Francis Daley, Bones’ resident shrink, has been very busy outside of the show working on writing several screenplays. He mentioned that he had been doing this when I got to talk to him a while back. But here are the actual details.

How cool is that? He’s either written or is writing four different screenplays. I’m pretty interested in seeing his work on the screen. He’s a very talented actor, it will be fun to see the movies he writes too.

I was out doing my homework on the actors from Bones to see what they were all up to outside of the show. And imagine my surprise when I found out that Emily Deschanel is in a movie that just opened this past weekend.

I’ve seen a lot of promotion for the movie, but I know that I would just be a blubbering fool if I went to see it. It looks like a total tear-jerker.

If any of you do go to see the film, please let us all know what you think of it and how big Emily’s part in the movie is. Thanks!

Someone like David probably can’t go anywhere without bein asked for an autograph or a photo. In a way, it must be a real pain and in a way, it must be very flattering. He looks like he took this in stride and was very friendly about the whole thing.
