We keep hearing from the Powers That Be at Bones that there’s a wedding in the near future. There are five different scenarios, as far as I can see it. TV Guide says that there are only 4 scenarios. It’s the beginning of the new calendar year once again. Nothing is really any different than it was yesterday, but the fact that we start a new year on the calendar usually makes people think about making a fresh start and trying to make things even better in the new year.
Whether or not you make New Year’s resolutions, I wish for each of you a prosperous, happy and peaceful new year!

This is the Holiday Featurette from the folks who bring us our favorite show Bones. Each of the cast members tells about what they love most about the holidays and what their most memorable gift was.
I laughed when they each told about their favorite holiday music. John Francis Daley does a very hammy version of “O Come All Ye Faithful.” It’s really funny! They laugh and tell us some personal things about each of them and I love it that they end with John in his reindeer antlers telling us “Happy Holidays!”

First of all, I want to apologize for the gap between my posts recently. I have had some health issues. Happily, I can now report that I am on the mend.
But this has been a week that has shown me the meaning of being thankful. Today is the U.S. holiday, Thanksgiving. And even if you are not celebrating this holiday, it’s still a very good day to stop and reflect on all of the things each of us has to be thankful for.

I have so much fun watching the tweets by Bones executive producer and creator Hart Hanson. He has such a funny sense of humor and it’s a little comforting as we wait for season 5 to begin.
Here’s Hart’s latest:
Emily [Deschanel] has teeny tiny elegant shrimp-like toes. So why when one is broken does she have to wear a boot bigger than Shaq’s size 21’s?
I’m assuming that we’ll see a lot of shots of Emily from the waist up in the first couple of season 5 Bones episodes…

I still miss Zack on Bones, don’t you? But apparently, Eric Millegan is still doing quite nicely on his own.
Here’s a fun clip that someone made when they were preparing for a poker tournament where they were at the same table with Eric. It wasn’t an official interview, but the guy asks Eric a ton of questions. Among other things, Eric tells the guy that he has an audition in New York and whatever it is, I hope he gets the part. He’s such a good actor and a great guy. I wish him all the best of everything.

I wasn’t going to do a lot of reporting on the death of actress Farrah Fawcett today, but since Ryan O’Neal plays Tempe’s father on Bones, and since I ran across this photo, I just had to share it.
Farrah lost her battle with cancer today and this photo was taken of Ryan O’Neal as he left the hospital. He looks like he’s in shock and is horribly sad. Just seeing this photo makes me very sad too.

The season 4 finale of Bones certainly wasn’t what I expected, how about you? I knew there would be a “twist” but even the twist is confusing, I guess. After reading through everyone’s comments so far, it seems that there’s not even a clear agreement among everyone about what the episode was about.
Was the entire thing a story that Brennan was writing to occupy herself while she waited for Booth to wake up? Was the whole thing a dream that Booth had while in the coma?
