David Boreanaz’ Father Retires From Broadcasting

Wendy over at Obsessed With Bones has this great piece of info and two fun video clips to share with us. We’ve already known that Bones star David Boreanaz’ father Dave Roberts has been a weatherman in Philadelphia for years. Apparently, he has now retired from broadcasting.

This site’s version of Wordpress is a real bummer, because it won’t let me embed the videos that Wendy has posted. (Wrong format.) So you’ll need to go check them out on Wendy’s site. One is a clip of Dave Roberts, signing off of the station for the last time with David and the rest of the family behind him. He takes a moment to introduce each of them and we get our first glimpse of little baby Bardot. And David & Jaime’s son Jaden seems to enjoy the attention too.

The other has photos of David when he was much younger. Then, David talks about his father with some very nice things to say about him. It’s the kind of tribute anyone would hope for. They’re lots of fun. Go check them out!
