Bones Season 4 Thoughts [Guest Post]

Eranda Janku is a regular reader of Searching Bones, is 17-years-old and lives in Albania. She has seen every episode of Bones and watches it online. All of us are just waiting to watch season 4 of Bones. We all have wondered what is going to happen, we’ve had different ideas but what exactly does everyone really think?
We know that they’ve been filming in the UK, and according to a previous article from Lynn, David sad:
“Obviously this is the fourth season and we have to put the characters in a position where they can become physical,” he said. “Season four will be a bit fantasy driven; it will be a bit film noir. We are going to stretch the boundaries of the characters and there will be some female characters introduced who will cause some friction.”
This surely drives us on and makes us excited and say: “finally we may have something there.”
But there’s been nothing officially announced about what will really happen in the special 2 hour Bones premiere which will air on Wednesday, August 27th at 8 p.m. on FOX. So I’m so curious to know what you all think.
Well according to something I just read, it somehow goes like this:
Reeling from Zack’s betrayal and facing the reality of replacing him, Bones heads to London where she has been offered the post of head of anthropology at the British Royal Museum. Almost immediately, she stumbles upon some very disturbing age old bone evidence that could indicate a serious crime has been committed. Left behind in Washington, Booth is angry and wrestles with himself and the other squints about whether he should go after Brennan and if he does, what logical reasons he should push for her return. Once reunited in London, Booth and Bones face serious questions about their own relationship while facing down what may be their most dangerous foe yet. Meanwhile, Angela’s ex-husband is finally found.
This summarizes what I’ve been thinking too, but even though I hope some of the things go like that, I still have some fogginess.
- Would Brennan leave the Jeffersonian? She has always declared that it was just like her home, that she’d never leave it. In this point I think she wont leave it but if on second thought, it’s just after Zack’s betrayal (which hurts saying that, we all love him), so she maybe will want to leave the Jeffersonian temporarily just to be away and forget a little about what happened.
- Will Booth let her go?? And will Brennan leave him and go to work in the UK?
This is a point that is worth discussing. They are so close, they love working together and somehow they have feelings about each other. So would they afford being away for that long? - And what makes me strongly wonder is the Hodgela case. Angela’s ex will show up (we know it from another previous article here, an interview with the crew), but is that good news - or bad news for her and Hodgens? I’m afraid to think any bad stuff but I’ve read some scripts where Hodgens talked about himself and Angela in the past, so it makes me think that something unlikely is going to happen.
So for what remains, all we can do is to share our thoughts. Tell me what you think.

The summary you posted is one that was created by a fan and was part of a long thread on Fox’s Bones website. It was a thread where fans have been posting what they would like to happen in the premiere.
Fox has officially stated that “The premiere is set in London with Brennan guest-lecturing at Oxford University and Booth speaking at Scotland Yard when they are asked by local officials to lend their expertise to a high-profile murder investigation involving a young British heiress.”

Yup! It is true. That should be interesting. Especially if they have the same relationship/denial thing that B&B do. Can you imagine B&B sitting back and saying “They are so in love with each other, why don’t they just admit it”?

I can’t wait, I really hope that booth&bones get together, but if they do, it might ruin the tension that makes the show so awesome!!! so if they do end up together than the show will prob end soon after.

I just finished watching the whole of season 3. I’m sure u guys must think that I’m sooooo backdated, but hey from where I come from, season 3 is still showing! LOL..The wait for season 4 is so intense. Oh man, I can’t wait to see what goes on, but of couse again..I won’t get to see it as soon as it premieres though.
I sure as hell hope Booth & Bones gets together, their chemistry’s truly awesome! woohooooo!!
Ok, for one there is no way they will have brennen move to work in the UK it is only for i think 3 episodes and also Angelas husband dose show up and supposatively he will NOT devorce her because he is still in love with her. I’ve read that he built that house on the beach AND has been searching for her for the past 4 years. This is by far my favorite show and i can’t wait for season four!
I read that Angela gets a new love intrest! I’m not happy about that. Also Cam and Sweets get new loves. As for Booth and Bones Hart HAnson said they won’t be together like that for a while. Because the tension is what makes the show hot. But in season 4 “Booth and Bones will be in bed together naked”! The artical i read said he choose his words carefully so there will most likely be no sex. Still the kiss was carzy imagian them naked together. I can’t wait to see it.
